PKWA take Season 2022 Cup

After missing out on several competition in previous season PKWA secured their first silverware after a convincing win over Rochdale Lions.

Rochdale Lions started well but started to loose wickets quickly and looked like they were going to be balled out below a hundred, a hard hitting innings from the tail pushed the score to 126 before being bowled out. The demolition of the top order to restrict Rochdale Lions came from Aamir who took 4 wickets for 31 runs in his eight overs. PKWA chased the score with losing just 4 wickets, taking the game away from Rochdale Lions who joined the league this season and made their first final. Both teams are middle table chasing the championship title.
