Another fine day for cricket but seems that most clubs chasing a target today seem to be on the losing side.

Some very interesting results today in all three sections.

Waleed Anjum

In Premier Section AK Eagles beat Whiterose by 39 runs, Waleed Anjum was outstanding with the ball with figures of 4 for 21 to maintain the club’s position in the tables but drop a point. Win against Whiterose was a boost for AK Eagles and it makes the chase for the league championship very unpredictable and interesting with the short season.

Rashid Khan

Flix CC played Central Leeds at East Keswick , Central Leeds batting first and set a target of 177, a man of the match innings with the ball from Umar Farooq (4 for 38) restricted the home side. Muhammad Mukdas

After a disappointing start to the season last week Mylahore Tab B comeback with a vengeance to beat Indus Bradford by 71 runs, the excellent bowling from Mohammad Imran (4 for 26 runs) and Muhammad Mukdas (4 for 9 runs) wasn’t enough to restrict Mylahore Tab B target score.
