KK does it again – Cup Champions

After becoming the champions of the 8 a side, KK have now claimed the Cup Competition Title after a convincing win over PKWA, KK have struggled in the league competition but surprised everyone with the two championship titles.

KK elected to bat first and scored 192 on a wicket where the ball stayed low, the man of the match performance from Abdullah Alikozai, 82 runs with the bat and 3 wickets for 14 runs with the ball helped KK to put runs on the board. Usman Maqsood (37) and Zahid Hussain (27) maintained partnerships to put their team in control.

PKWA were never in the game as their strategy to hitting the ball out of the park didn’t work. The disciplined balling from Kamran Khan (5 for 11 runs) was just too much for PKWA as he bowled out 3 of his 5 dismissals.
