After a complete washout of all league fixtures yesterday the games today all went ahead for the exception AQ Khan 1st XI v Wakefield Stars who will now be re-arranged for another day.
First to complete today was the game between last year joint final winners, Secured Home who beat Bradford United by 10 wickets. Secured Homes bowled Bradford United out for just 50 in the 24th over. They chased the score in just 10 overs.
The second fixture to complete today was the match between Yorkshire United and Heaton Park which was won by Heaton Park by 8 wickets, they chased Yorkshire United target of 78 in just 14 overs.
Subhan had a one sided game against Friends who lost by 188 runs, Subhan put 267 on the scoreboard and bowled Friends out for 79 runs in the 19th over.
A thrilling finish at Saltaire CC as Gemini Falcons had a tight finish with a 2 wicket win against Northcliffe who were bowled out for 86 runs in the 29th over. Gemini Falcons lost early wickets but the 9 wicket partnership secured them a place in the 1st Round.
Mirpur Royals 2nd XI also had a comfortable win as they beat Diamond 2nd XI by 85 runs.
