Whiterose Cricket Club complete a double – T100 Champions

Whiterose beat 4th place Bhalot Strikers CC in todays T100 final at Park Avenue and take the title for the 2nd year running with a 6 wicket win. Can AK Eagles stop Whiterose completing a triple and retain their league Championship title with just 10 points between them. Whiterose will now represent he league in the Bradford final to be played on the 4th September and Park Avenue.

In the first Semi Final Bhalot Strikers set a new record by scoring 229 against Batley (in first place in the Crescent Section) who fought back and scored 189.

The second semi final was a repeat of yesterdays game as Karmand were outplayed by Whiterose, Whiterose won toss and put Karmand in to bat who set a target of just 126 runs, Whiterose only lost 1 wicket to reach their target with 31 balls to spare.
