This form must be completed to confirm Club Name, Club Secretary and ground details for the forthcoming cricket season of the Quaid e Azam Premier Cricket League. The information provided will help the league with organising home fixtures and will also be published in the league's handbook.

The form must be completed by 17th January 2021 or sooner. The league will publish season 2021 fixtures on the 31st January 2021.

We ask you to provide the name of the Saturday league to identify an Sunday cup fixtures (if applicable)

This will help avoid any dates when your ground is not available. Every effort will be made to assist clubs but the league can not always guarantee all home games.
If you share your ground on Sundays, please provide the name of the club which you will share the ground with?
This will help the league assist both clubs to has alternate home games.
